The vision of White Horse Hill National Game Preserve (NGP) is to improve understanding and build support for protecting and managing big game, migratory birds, and other wildlife resources and their habitats. This vision is accomplished by using White Horse Hill NGP as a regional conservation learning center to enhance understanding and support for America's wildlife heritage and the National Wildlife Refuge System.

White Horse Hill National Game Preserve is located 13 miles south of the city of Devils Lake, North Dakota, on North Dakota State Highway 57/20.
